1PN, 1PN+1, 2PN: pay 70% to receive the house, the remaining 30% within 2 years after receiving the house (13 installments), 3% discount

3PN, Dualkey: pay 30% to receive the house, the remaining 70% within 3 years after receiving the house (13 installments), 0% discount

Support 0% interest rate within 16 months from the date of disbursement but no later than 31/3/2024
