The project was started in the first quarter of 2016, until now, it has been deployed and handed over 5 apartment buildings including Aqua 1,2,3,4, Lux 6 and The Victoria villa area. Grand Marina Saigon project is actively under construction.
The interior of Aqua 1,2,3,4 and Lux 6 buildings, the internal road is spacious, with many green spaces, parallel to the Thi Nghe canal. The selling price in the above areas ranges from 5-15 billion VND/unit, area 42-125 m2/unit.
The Victoria villa area was announced to open for sale from the third quarter of 2016, including 54 duplex and single villas. The smallest apartment is 255 m2 of land, the largest is more than 475 m2. The selling price in this area fluctuates around 1 billion VND/m2, equivalent to 400-500 billion VND/unit.

The project is called "branded real estate" by Masterise, targeting the high-end segment. The project has a scale of 10 hectares, including 8 apartment buildings with 45-47 floors, equivalent to more than 4,000 apartments with an area of 51-106 m2, expected to be handed over in the first quarter of 2024.
According to information from brokerage sites, the selling price fluctuates around 18-41 billion VND/unit, equivalent to about 350-400 million VND/m2.
Inside the Grand Marina Saigon project, Masterise also develops an office building - a commercial center called The Sun Tower with 60 floors high, with a floor area of about 106,000 m2. The building was started in March, it is expected that when completed, it will provide the market with 87,000 m2 of Grade A office space.
The project is located right at the foot of Thu Thiem Bridge 2 on the side of District 1.
