Masterise Group cooperated with the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front to build 400 houses to poor families in 9 provinces.
The signing ceremony took place on July 11 at the headquarters of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front (Hanoi).
Nine localities where families were given houses include Nghe An, Thanh Hoa, Quang Tri, Yen Bai, Ha Giang, Kon Tum, Tuyen Quang, Tay Ninh and Quang Binh.

Accordingly, the first 200 houses will be donated to 4 provinces, namely Nghe An, Thanh Hoa, Quang Tri and Yen Bai in the first phase (each province will receive 50 units). The remaining 200 apartments will be divided equally among the next 5 localities: Ha Giang, Kon Tum, Tuyen Quang, Tay Ninh, Quang Binh in the second phase (each province receives 40 apartments). All houses are expected to be completed in December this year with a total cost of 20 billion VND.
Speaking at the signing ceremony, Mr. Do Van Chien - Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, said that he would direct the construction of houses for the right people with difficult circumstances. for the right purpose, ensuring fast implementation time and quality so that the poor can soon have houses and stabilize their lives.
Mr. Tran Quoc Hoai - Deputy General Director and Head of Legal and Compliance Division of Masterise Homes (a member of Masterise Group) acknowledged that localities in the housing support program belong to areas that are often affected by many factors. Floods and storms, natural disasters make people's life difficult, houses are dilapidated.
"We hope that the program will contribute to perfecting permanent residences to help poor people settle down, secure economic development, and rise out of poverty sustainably," said Mr. Hoai.
The program to build houses for the poor in collaboration with the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front is part of a long-term series of community activities called "Build a Better Future" started in April this year. , revolving around 3 criteria including living environment - education - relief.
