Lake Tower (under the Marriott brand) has constructed glazing on the outside to the 43rd floor, and completed the interior of the building from the 3rd to the 6th floor. The tower will soon come into operation in Q2/2023.
The model apartment at the Lake building is also being quickly completed and will be ready to welcome customers to visit in late 2022.
The towers of phase 1 including Cove, Lagoon, Sea: are under construction in the basement. Cove and Lagoon towers are constructing the body structure to the 5th floor. The Sea tower is constructing the body structure to the 7th floor.
