Starting in 2021, the first Lake building at the Grand Marina branded apartment complex, Saigon has completed the rough part with the highest floor 47 and continued the process of starting to complete the interior. The building will be handed over to residents in Q1/2023.
Simultaneously, other buildings of phase 1 and 2 are also constructing concrete floors on the 1st and 2nd floors.
The first apartments in the Lake building of the Grand Marina project, Saigon will be handed over in the first quarter of 2023.
