The milestone of 60% completion for the entire roofing of the SOHO district signifies its vibrant development
As of June 2023, 60% of the entire SOHO townhouse area has been roofed. Simultaneously, the construction of the structural components in the remaining blocks is being continuously carried out. Specifically, construction has progressed up to the 3rd floor in Joie-LK07, Eten-LK08, and LK09 townhouse blocks.
The construction of partition walls and the exterior finishing work are being synchronized across the roofed blocks, such as Mode-LK01, following the design by Foster + Partners.
In parallel with the commitment to on-schedule and high-quality handover, the collaboration with domestic and international F&B brands to become tenants at SOHO is being strongly emphasized, aiming to maximize the investment value for the owners.
