Sending to our valued customers the latest update on the progress of Grand Marina Saigon. The lotus park has been 100% completed in landscaping, and continuous efforts are underway to perfect the glass framework and windows of the Sea, Cove, and Lagoon towers.
With close collaboration from the Masterise Homes team and international partners, the SEA, Cove, and Lagoon towers continue to maintain a rapid upward pace each month. As of the end of September 2023, the SEA tower has reached the 44th floor, while the Cove and Lagoon towers have risen to the 39th and 29th floors, respectively.
Concurrently, the glass framework and outermost windows, along with the LED frame, are being systematically installed. The interior partition walls of the SEA tower have been completed up to the 22nd floor.
Specifically, the outdoor amenities focal point, the lotus park, has completed 100% of the landscaping, including the details of lotus leaves and the wooden walkway around. Currently, the park area is being tidied up and will soon be open for city residents to come and enjoy the experience.
