ENTERTAINMENT PARK IN THE NEW CENTER SPEEDS UP CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS, SOON TO OPEN AND WELCOME CUSTOMERS FOR EXPERIENCE.
As of the beginning of October, the SOHO townhouses have focused on accelerating the construction of the internal structure, including brick wall construction (achieving 99% of the overall progress); wall painting and waterproofing (70% of the overall progress). The installation of elevators has reached 25% of the overall progress. The exterior of townhouses in some rows, such as LK1, is currently in the final stages of completion.
In addition, the entertainment park of The Global City (the next facility in the new center scheduled to debut in 2023) is rapidly progressing with the construction of internal roads and indoor and outdoor play areas. Among them, a large-scale Go-Kart racing track is being developed for speed enthusiasts. The green area is being carefully maintained to prepare for outdoor events, notably the Genfest international music festival in November 2023.
