Regarding the future human resource structure of Thu Duc City, Mr. Phong asked the Drafting Board to study and stipulate that the number of vice presidents of this administrative unit should not exceed 4 people. In addition, the number of specialized agencies should not exceed 13 units.
Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee also recommends that the total number of deputy heads of specialized agencies of Thu Duc City People's Committee should not exceed 39 people.
Meanwhile, according to the latest draft of the decree, after the merger of District 2, District 9, Thu Duc District, the number of vice chairmen of the City People's Committee under Ho Chi Minh City is not more than 5 people. In addition, the number of employees of Thu Duc City is determined on the basis of the list of working positions and workload approved by the competent authority.
