In addition to enhancing recreational amenities and organizing festive events to attract tourists to the new hub, Masterise Homes has been continuously forging partnerships with F&B and retail brands both domestically and internationally. In November 2022, collaborations were established with renowned brands such as Pizza 4P's, Pasteur Street Brewing, Yen Sushi & Sake Pub, Yen Sushi Premium, Shamoji, Omasake, and Mylife Coffee from the Mylife Company system. In April 2023, in collaboration with Singaporean partner Druce, famous F&B brands from the Lion City were also brought to The Global City.
With the goal of strengthening collaborations with F&B brands in 2023, Masterise Homes is partnering with Vietcetera, a unit that has successfully organized the Vietnam F&B Conference for four consecutive years. Together, they are creating an event to connect industry experts and businesses in the F&B sector, opening up opportunities for development and expansion at the new hub, The Global City. This event also marks the beginning of a plan to develop a commercial district according to international standards, with a modern business model, comprehensive planning, and professional operations to meet the stringent requirements of international brands. It aims to create a sustainable business environment for enterprises.
The panel discussion with the participation of industry experts brings valuable insights for foreign businesses regarding F&B operations in Vietnam.
During the event, in the panel discussion dedicated to F&B businesses with the theme 'Unlocking Investment Opportunities,' industry experts such as Mr. Thue Quist Thomasen (CEO of Decision Lab), Mr. Greg Ohan (CEO and Co-founder of The Sentry), and Mr. Steven Townsend (CEO of Studio Urban Design Vietnam) provided valuable insights and addressed inquiries regarding the F&B business landscape in Vietnam for foreign enterprises. The event attracted over 100 renowned domestic F&B brands and more than 20 brands from Singapore, providing opportunities for expansion and business development in an internationally standardized urban area. Upon completion, the project is estimated to accommodate 40,000 residents and 20,000 office workers, while benefiting from the high footfall of visitors from nearby residential areas such as Thao Dien and Thu Thiem.
Mr. Gibran Bukhari, Director of Business Division at Masterise Homes, shared insights into the profit potential and long-term development at The Global City.
Mr. Gibran Bukhari, Director of Business Division at Masterise Homes, shared, "The retail and F&B event this time is just the beginning of our plan to develop a professional commercial business model in line with global trends at The Global City, as well as all projects of Masterise Homes in general. We go beyond just selling real estate products; we always accompany our customers throughout their ownership journey to help them achieve their investment goals and desired profits. With its advantageous location and existing potential, we are fully confident in bringing a stable customer base for leisure and shopping to The Global City. Therefore, developing an internationally standardized commercial district with professional operations is crucial for The Global City to become a vibrant new center and an unmissable destination for both domestic and international visitors. This opens up profitable business opportunities and long-term development for investors and retail enterprises, both domestic and international.
Masterise Homes has also signed commercial partnerships with renowned F&B brands from Singapore during the event, including Jlogo Holdings True Cost, All Day Café, Hei Bai Chao, Daruma Tavern, Aladdin Indian Cuisine, Khan Saab, as well as local brands such as AQ Gourmet & Dine, Takumi-Tei Saigon, Kyo-Tei (under AQ Development company), CTY Kitchen & Bar. This marks the presence of these brands alongside a series of local F&B brands in The Global City urban area, adding vibrancy to the neighborhood.
Ms. Yeong Ling Eve, the representative of Hei Bai Chao brand from Singapore, shared, "We have found similarities in terms of planning and commercial development potential between the Marina Bay area and The Global City. Marina Bay quickly became the new downtown of Singapore and brought significant profits to F&B business owners. The F&B industry in Vietnam is experiencing strong growth, and The Global City possesses all the necessary elements for brand expansion and long-term business, such as location, customer base, and investment scale. I believe The Global City is a Vietnamese version of Marina Bay that business owners wouldn't want to miss out on.
