100% of the protective mesh has been removed, and the corridors are being gradually completed with 100% marble stone.
By the end of June 2023, the two existing LUMIÈRE Riverside towers stand out on the frontage of Hanoi Highway thanks to their distinctive colors and prime location in Thao Dien.
The aluminum and glass facade, which provides a sophisticated appearance, can be easily noticed enveloping the exterior of the building and commercial areas. It has been completed over 90% and is currently undergoing inspections on the upper floors.
Inside, the architectural works have been completed up to 100% on the 32nd floor of the East Tower and the 40th floor of the West Tower. The MEP system has closely followed the floor completion, and the interior fit-out (ID fitout) has also reached the 30th floor for both towers. Particularly, the tiling and granite construction works have been implemented for the corridors and interior of the apartments on multiple floors in both towers, completing up to the 19th floor for the East Tower and the 22nd floor for the West Tower.
Parallel to that, the project is installing planters for the communal area and along the two towers in accordance with the "leafscape" design. The internal roads and landscaping will progress rapidly in the near future.
