On August 14, 2023, representatives from Masterise Homes were present in Singapore to attend the award ceremony in person. This prestigious award not only serves as a testament to Masterise Homes' commitment but also reaffirms our strategic vision, as we consistently choose to collaborate with international partners to achieve the highest quality standards.
Grand Marina Saigon and The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Hanoi at The Grand have achieved this recognition largely thanks to the Italian Fit-out (IFO) team – interior finishing partners from Italy. The artisans at IFO are currently crafting each piece of furniture with meticulously selected materials from world-renowned brands. Together, Masterise Homes and IFO are striving to create luxury living spaces, providing unprecedented experiences for customers in Vietnam.
The AADA 2023 award ceremony was attended by architects, designers, and top experts from 12 countries and territories, including Vietnam.
On the evening of August 14, the Asia Architecture Design Awards 2023 (AADA) ceremony took place at Marina Bay Sands, an iconic architectural landmark of the most advanced modern city in Asia, Singapore. This prestigious event in the field of architecture in Asia aims to honor and recognize the outstanding works of architects and impressive architectural projects across the region.
One remarkable aspect is that there were quite a few Vietnamese projects that received awards at AADA 2023, such as The Grand Marina Saigon – The Lake Tower (I.F.O SRL), Xuân Thảo Residential Area (Xuân Thảo), CBRE Hanoi Office (Vacons), SHB – Best workplace (SHB), Ngõ House (D.O.G house), Grand Tourane Nha Trang (Sunjin Vietnam)…
In assessing the development potential of the Vietnamese architecture industry, Mr. Dang The My, CEO & Founder of Vacons – a partner of the Asian Awards Organization, stated: 'With the presence of many award-winning projects from Vietnam, this is undoubtedly a significant step forward, possibly even opening a new era for the design and architecture industry in Vietnam.
Mr. Dylan Yip, Deputy General Director in charge of Strategy at the Asia Award Organization, stated that after 8 months, AADA has received strong response with over 1,100 registered accounts on the official website, more than 436 projects successfully submitted their applications, and 100 projects made it to the finals. The judging panel worked diligently to select the 50 winners of these prestigious awards.

According to Mr. Alberto Beretta, CEO of I.F.O SRL and Head Judge of AADA 2023, Asian architecture is known for its unique beauty, diversity, and the exquisite combination of tradition and modernity. Through the projects participating in AADA, we can witness the strong rise of Asian architecture with creative ideas spanning across various fields, from commercial to social and residential structures.
The architects have applied advanced technology to create architectural masterpieces that harmonize with the environment and contribute to the sustainable development of the region and the world.
Some of the notable projects include the Sikanderpur Forest Regeneration Project (JRA Design - India), Tops Redevelopment (ArchiGlobal Inc. - Philippines), MARSA HQ (PT. Marsa Andreo Desain - Indonesia), BMW Millennium Auto - Pattanakarn Srinakarin (V2 Design Studio - Thailand), Silhouette (What Design Studio - Malaysia), and Mai Chau Culture Resort (The Modern Touch - Vietnam) among others.
The awards ceremony was divided into four parts, interspersed with special presentations by leading experts in the industry, covering topics such as the future of interior design, designing for livable cities, connecting people through interior design, and the intersection of hotels, architecture, and culture.
With a close, fresh, yet profound perspective, these presentations provided unique insights, offered in-depth information, and presented a vision for the next 5 years in the field of Asian architecture and design.
Furthermore, AADA also provides opportunities for architects and experts in the field to connect, share experiences, collaborate, and exchange technical knowledge with architects and experts from 12 countries in the region, thereby creating a strong Asian architectural community network.

AADA has officially launched the new season with the theme "Emerging Asia." AADA 2024 will feature 30 categories across six main fields: Architectural Design, Interior Design, Retail Interior Design, Architectural Design Company, Interior Design Company, and Furniture Manufacturing & Retail Company. AADA 2024 is open for registration from now until the end of January 2024. The award ceremony is scheduled to take place in Bangkok, Thailand.
