Ms. Duong Thuy Dung, Senior Director, CBRE Vietnam said: “In the past 2 years, during the COVID-19 pandemic, we continued to see new branded residence projects developed and launched in major cities in the region, which shows resilience of demand for the product despite it being a very niche market.
