PROGRESS UPDATE NOVEMBER 2023 ~ LAKE HANDED OVER & OPERATIONAL, SEA AND COVE GETTING READY FOR ROOFING
- Lake Tower: handed over and operational under the management of Marriott.
- SEA/Cove Tower: The structural construction has been completed up to the 46th floor.
- Lagoon Tower: The structural construction has been completed up to the 36th floor, and preparations are underway for pouring concrete columns, beams, and floor for the 37th floor.
- Office Tower – Marina Central Tower: The structural construction has been completed from the 33rd to the 38th floor, and simultaneously, the glass layer is under construction up to the 16th floor.
The glass framework and exterior windows, along with the LED frames in all three towers, are still being smoothly and meticulously constructed. Especially, when viewed from a distance, the image of cotton trees on the facades of the buildings can be clearly seen rising.
- SEA Tower: Glass installation completed up to the 27th floor.
- Cove Tower: Glass installation completed up to the 22nd floor.
- Lagoon Tower: Glass installation completed up to the 11th floor.
The Lotus Park has also completed its evening lighting system, promising to be a new recreational destination for city residents right in District 1.
