With a plan to commence handover in Q3/2023, the working atmosphere at Lake Tower is more urgent than ever. At present, both the exterior and interior (hallways/apartments) are in the final stages of completion and are undergoing adjustments according to Marriott International's inspection. Additionally, amenities such as the reception hall, swimming pool, lotus leaf park, children's room, etc. are also under construction.

Regarding the three towers: SEA/Cove/Lagoon, construction work is still ongoing for the structural components and floor levels. Tower SEA is currently reaching the 30th floor, while Tower Cove and Tower Lagoon have completed the structural work up to the 25th and 16th floors respectively. Glass installation is also being carried out on the 2nd floor of each building to expedite the progress.
