Lake Tower is the first building in the project that is being completed and prepared for handover in the near future. Other buildings are speeding up structural construction with a progress of 5-6 days/floor. Currently, the Sea building has poured concrete to the 21st floor and the Cove building is under construction to the 16th floor, expected to be topped out in December this year.

This shows the determination of Newtecons engineers team in completing and handing over on schedule, bringing satisfaction to customers and partners.

Mặt ngoài của tòa Lake đang được gấp rút hoàn thiện các chi tiết lắp kính cuối cùng cũng như hoàn thiện hệ thống đèn LED.
Với hệ thống LED chạy dọc toàn bộ mặt trước, tòa Lake sẽ vô cùng nổi bật về đêm.
Các căn hộ hàng hiệu Marriott tại tòa Lake sở hữu tầm view đắt giá nhìn về sông sài gòn, thảo cầm viên hay trung tâm thành phố.
Khu vực sảnh thang máy bên trong tòa Lake ở các tầng đang dần được hoàn thiện nội thất.
Các tòa tháp SEA/ Cove/ Lagoon vẫn được lên tầng mỗi tháng. Hiện công tác thi công làm cốt thép, cốp pha, đổ bê tông dầm sàn vẫn của 3 tòa đã đạt tiến độ:
- Tòa SEA: hoàn thành tầng 22, chuẩn bị lên tầng 23
- Tòa Cove: hoàn thành tầng 17, chuẩn bị lên tầng 18
- Tòa Lagoon: hoàn thành tầng 12, chuẩn bị lên tầng 13
