Located in the heart of the Grand Park mega-city, the exterior design of the 5 towers of LUMIÈRE Boulevard is gradually revealed as the scaffolding is being removed. As of the current moment, the exterior of the towers has reached 80% completion progress.

Inside the tower, the construction work for the rough structure (bricklaying, waterproofing, primer painting, cement screed) has reached over 80% of the overall progress. The completed rough structure of the apartments and corridors will now proceed with interior finishing.
In parallel, the internal swimming pool area is also becoming more defined with many structural details being completed.
With an expected handover by the end of 2023, LUMIÈRE Boulevard, upon completion, will be the most luxurious green compound in the Grand Park mega-city.
